The Faculty of Engineering and Science aspires to play a central role as the new knowledge provider of basic and applied aspects of engineering, science and technology. The Faculty is devoted to providing high quality undergraduate and postgraduate programs which will in turn produce qualified, skilful, knowledgeable and well-informed engineers, scientists and technologists committed to pursuing knowledge in the frontiers of science.

The Faculty also aims to become a leader in high quality basic and applied research in engineering and science, as well as advancing the frontiers of science for the betterment of humanity. The programs incorporate the elements of innovation and technopreneurship, thus allowing graduates a wider choice of career prospects.
