The academic adviser list for students will be available on the Intranet starting from Week 4. Please check your appointed adviser. This is the students's responsibilities to contact their own advisers. Please email or contact your adviser to book the consultation time. The academic advisers shall provide information on academic programmes, degree requirements, career options, course selection, secondary fields of study and extracurricular activities.

All students are required to meet up with the academic advisers at least once in a trimester.

For those students whose names are not found in the list, please refer to the Faculty General Office.

Dear EC, 3E, and EE Students (All years),

All students of EC, 3E, and EE are required to register the lab sessions (date and time) based on the subjects that they have registered in this trimester. A number of lab timeslots are available for each subject. Students are required to sign up for the suitable timeslots at the individual labs where the experiments are to be conducted.

The registration period is open until 19 June 2009.

All FES final year project students can apply a special pass for his/her car to enter the campus. The pass allows the student's car to enter to the campus starting from 4:00 pm.
