Fee covers conference materials, participation in technical sessions, dinner, refreshment and lunch during sessions, except for “1” and “2”.
1Entitled for all lunches refreshment, tour and official dinner.
2Including postgraduate and undergraduate students from local universities who are NOT presenting papers (scanned copy of student ID is required as proof). Entitled to all lunches and refreshment only. Tour and official dinner can be arranged but at an additional charge.
The payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) or US Dollar (USD). All payments made need to be accompanied by proof of payment (i.e. bank-in slip / photocopy of cheque / online bank transfer payment) to be emailed to the Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org)
